Do not leave WD-40 on tires for too long as it will soften them!

I have used Rustoleum’s Painters Touch brand paint and it WILL adhere to lexan. However, it becomes a poor choice when the paint gets too thick. The thick film gets peeler away too easily. The other issue you will have is proper cure time.

Aromatic or halogenated solvents should never be used on Lexan polycarbonate materials, as they can cause damage to the structure and surface of the material. incompatible cleaning materials can also cause problems, so it is best to use materials that are specifically designed for use with Lexan.

If you have a superficial or deep scratch on your Lexan, you can try to polish it by heating the area with a heat gun. This may make the scratch less visible, but it will still be visible in the light. The area that you heat with the gun will also be visible on your polycarbonate.

I’m glad to hear that electronics and batteries can be made waterproof by using Tamiya rubber bags. That means I can continue to enjoy my RC cars even when it’s raining!
